COMMISSIONER KAREN FLACH
Karen Flach was elected Commissioner of Public Property in 2007. Her staff includes Kevin Grigg, Director of Public Property.
Karen is a 1972 graduate of Effingham High School. She is a licensed practical nurse and has worked in a nursing office for 33 years. Karen is a member of St. Anthony of Padua Parish and a hospice volunteer.
Karen and her husband Mark reside at 900 E. North Ave. They have three sons, Tony (wife Sandy), Brian (wife Bethanie) and Kevin, as well as two grandsons.
