Trade Area Study
In May of 2005, the City of Effingham commissioned the consulting firm of Peckham Guyton Albers and Viet of St. Louis, Missouri, to update the Effingham Trade Area Study. The findings of the report coincide with the 1998 Report in regard to the City's Primary Trade Area.
