EFFINGHAM FIRE DEPARTMENT- APPARATUS

The fire department’s equipment and apparatus is considered state of the art. The apparatus includes three (3) engines, one (1) ladder tower, one (1) ladder/Quint, one (1) TeleSquirt, one (1) Heavy Rescue, Hazardous Material Response Trailer, and four (4) service/staff vehicles. The most recent addition of fire apparatus was placed into service in 2009 with the oldest piece placed into service in 1992.
