Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Effingham, Illinois, will hold a public hearing on the 27th day of June, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 1st Floor, City Hall, located at 201 East Jefferson Avenue, Effingham, Illinois, at which time and place all interested parties may participate in the Public Hearing by presenting testimony and questions on a petition requesting a Variance to allow a building to be constructed with 4 stories at a height of 60 feet in excess of the maximum 3 stories and 45 feet in height in accordance with Article 21 of Appendix B to the City of Effingham Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance No. 44-89)
