Effingham 2050 Focus Group: Future Land Use Map

This focus group will center around the City’s Future Land Use Map. The Future Land Use Map guides City Administration, the City Council, and the Plan Commission on zoning issues and use of land within the city for housing, commercial, industrial, and other development.
