A Homestretch Timeline of meetings and objectives has been set pertaining to the Effingham 2050 Comprehensive Plan.  These meetings are an opportunity for you to express your opinion and ideas about the final draft of the Plan. Monthly Treasurer’s reports

Each month, the City Treasurer compiles a report for each of the City's financial accounts and the balance in each account.  The report is submitted to the City Council for review and approval.  This report is required under state statute 65 ILCS 5/3.1-35-45.
