City Hall will be closed Tuesday, December 31st and Wednesday, January 1st. If you need to make a utility payment, please use the drop box located on the east side of City Hall.   • Mobile food service establishment permits
  • Fundraiser on City streets permits
  • Temporary handicapped placards
  • Bicycle registrations
